Jump to navigationJump to searchBy clicking on Documents the user will be able to see and print any shared documents for the student.
- Documents that have not been viewed will have a red "New" badge.
- Documents that need to be signed will have a red checkmark badge, documents already signed will have a green checkmark badge. Only users logged in as a parent have the ability to sign documents.
To Sign a Document:
- Documents that need to be signed have a signature icon with no check.
- Click on the document needing to be signed.
- Fill out fields that are outlined in Red, indicating that they are required to be filled out in order for the document to be completely filled out, click Sign.
- In the pop up, check the box to agree to the terms listed.
- Accept or deny permissions if applicable.
- Type signature in the respective box and Submit.
Note: If any new documents have been added this warning will be displayed.
