When a user forgets their password, they can "Reset Password" by following these instructions.


  1. Please enter your username
  2. Click Continue
  3. Please answer your secret questions
  4. Click Continue
  5. Please enter your new password
  6. Confirm Password
  7. Click Continue
  8. Password Reset Successful
  9. Click Continue
  10. Will return to Sign In screen
