By clicking on Documents the user will be able to see and print any shared documents for the student.

  • Documents that have not been viewed will have a red "New" badge.
  • Documents that need to be signed will have a red checkmark badge, documents already signed will have a green checkmark badge. Only users logged in as a parent have the ability to sign documents.

To Sign a Document:

  • Documents that need to be signed have a signature icon with no check.
  1. Click on the document needing to be signed.
  2. Fill out fields that are outlined in Red, indicating that they are required to be filled out in order for the document to be completely filled out, click Sign.
  3. In the pop up, check the box to agree to the terms listed.
  4. Accept or deny permissions if applicable.
  5. Type signature in the respective box and Submit.

Note: If any new documents have been added this warning will be displayed.
